“Great food! Wanted to try In-N-Out since we’re from out of town. We didn’t mind the line but the workers standing out in 97 degrees was troublesome. They had great attitudes but you can clearly see them drenched in sweat standing and managing the lines outside. The giant umbrellas to the side are not even remotely good enough for their comfort. This location should take a page out of Chickfilas playbook and create awnings with fans for the comfort of their dedicated workers.

Minus one star for such a large chain not taking care of the employeees.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Chick-fil-A today. The restaurant was super clean, everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely kind. It’s amazing how great service can make something as simple as a chicken salad taste even better.

“There’s not enough stars to describe the satisfaction I experienced. After I got a delicious pie, hand crafted by Jhonatan Murillo and his coworker Patricio Mares, my friends locked me out of my car by leaving the keys inside the car. After closing up shop, Jhonatan and Patricio stayed for 3 hours trying to help me open the car door and they succeeded. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have wonderful people around the woodlands. They were exhausted after closing, and still found time in their busy schedule to stay and help a customer. Thank you Indian Springs MOD PIZZA at the Woodlands Parkway.“

I had originally told the cashier I didn’t need a receipt, but when I went back to ask for it, she wasn’t bothered at all—such a great attitude! Overall, a really good experience. “I had such a great experience with Carlos today! He handed me my drinks, and unfortunately I ended up dropping them in my car. Carlos saw what happened and immediately told me to wait while he went to grab replacements. Within maybe a minute, he was back with brand-new drinks for me…I didn’t even have to ask!
What really stood out to me was his attitude. He was outside delivering orders in the hot Texas sun and still had a smile on his face and was incredibly kind and helpful.
