The drive-thru line can be backed all the way out of the parking lot, and you'll still be through it in about five minutes. These folks have the process down to a science.

No matter how busy they are, the service is always friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently hot and fresh.

It's impressive to watch a restaurant handle that kind of volume without sacrificing quality or customer service.

“It's really good for what it is :) They have a nice buffet with several preparations of chicken, vegetables, desert and drink for about $15 at lunch. It's not a high end buffet though; styrofoam trays and cups, and plastic forks. The food though is hot and tasty. The main thing that sets them apart from other fried chicken joints are the vegetables. I also like the homemade peach cobbler.“

“Our new Chilis is obvi better and the 3 for me deal makes it way cheaper than Whataburger but alas the hours definitely differ! “My complements to your staff! I was greeted with prompt response and awesome customer service! I am sure they were tired after a long day. The cook that prepared our meal was spot on! The sauce for my sandwich and cheddar peppers were there. I have had a few times where the honey mustard sauce was for my grilled chicken sandwich. I make it home and I have to eat it dry. Because the sauce was left out. Even though I asked to make sure it was there. You need to keep him around! The last few times we ordered there it was either missing something or the popcorn chicken. “So disappointed the Texas toast was cold and not crispy - Couldn’t eat it and the bread and the gravy is what makes the chicken basket. The chicken was dry and tasted as if it had been sitting there for a bit. I would rather wait for the chicken to be cooked fresh rather than have cold food that didn’t taste fresh, but served immediately.“
