“This place is absolutely wonderful. The tacos are the best I've had in the Willis/Conroe area. Haven't tried anything other than the tacos, but I will definitely be trying the whole menu. The food is fresh and always consistent. They have impeccable service and a very friendly staff. The person that gave the 1 star review is obviously a miserable person or hateful competitor. Their claims are absolutely false. I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“My friend & I eat here once a week for many years. Everything we order is delicious, temperature of food is hot, never cold, service is Always friendly, prompt, they keep our drinks filled and their bathrooms are as clean as Buccees!! They Always welcome you as you come in. Cannot find a better atmosphere, food & drinks, friendly staff than here.“

“Great little hidden gem in the Texaco gas station! This seems to be a family-owned spot and they had good size homemade tortillas for their tacos, not the tiny ones that need two store-bought tortillas to hold it up. Good variety on the menu and the tacos actually have beans, rice and cheese in them as well. We ordered three different kinds and they were good, be careful cuz the red salsa is pretty hot and lit me up a little bit.

I probably recommend these to go as there were only a few very small tables and would get crowded with people standing to wait for their food.“

“I have ate here numerous times over the years, and I can't recall a time when I had a bad experience. The food is delicious, it is never too slow even when the restaurant is busy, and honestly, the price is great for the quality and amount of food you get. I would only recommend that you come whenever it is not raining, as their parking lot can get mud on your car's tires if it rains heavily.“

“Carnitas Ramirez in Willis Tx have the best carnitas, chicharrones and salsa in town. They are only open on the weekends. The service is inviting and friendly! I've tried the chicharrones from the Hermanos place and they are always overcooked or a lot of undercooked fat but here at Carnitas Ramirez they are delicious! Their salsa bar is the best and they also have menudo, which I haven't tried yet. They make the carnitas tacos mixed also with cuerito if you'd like. “The food here is beyond wonderful. Even the egg and meat tacos. When you come toward the end of breakfast, are outstanding. The Barbacoa is beyond belief and the Carnitas taste like “more“.The workers are friendly, and the service is quick. The ambience Leaves a lot to be desired but you can’t expect much for a convenience store inside a gas station.If you’re going to buy the tacos, be prepared to sit somewhere and eat them. It is impossible to drive while you’re eating these tacos because they put so much Filling in each one.I am also unhappy about their being closed on Sunday, but subway and the fish pond are not that far away.“
