“Tonight we decided to splurge. We got the queso with the ground beef, we each ordered enchiladas and fajitas, and then we had flautas on the side :-) needless to say we have a ton of stuff left over and will be eating it for days but it is always so good that that is never a problem! This is a wonderful restaurant The food is always fresh The service is always prompt and professional and I have never had an issue with anything that I've asked off menu“

“I've been to many restaurants in Montgomery. I base my first review on chips & salsa. Chips are homemade, salsa great. I prefer spicier. I asked my waiter for a more spicy, Diablo type sauce for my meal and he brought me the MOST delicious salsa!!! Food is not greasy. Charro beans are filled with bacon. I honestly didn't find a flaw besides realizing there wasn't grease in my food that I was used to, found the side of guac on my plate had actual chunks of avocado, and realized it DOESN'T need to have all that normal grease in there. This needs to be your favorite spot because it is now mine! Pictured below was a lunch plate and of course below $20 ❣️“
“My boyfriend and I went to Lalo’s wanting to try something new and the to-go/host was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu and even gave recommendations! We ordered the Texas Burrito and the Sour Cream burrito. The servings were generous, and great tasting. Chips and salsa were included for each meal and a soup that we didn’t order but it was really good!! Overall, we are extremely pleased and happy that we decided to try this restaurant!!“
“This is one of the few taco trucks that we have not been to in our area. We have been way missing out! If you are in the area you should definitely stop by this tire/auto repair shop and give these ladies a shot at your best taco truck vote.Parking: Rock paved so be careful but SOOOOO worth breaking an ankle overKid-friendliness: Let those little Rugrats run wild! You're fenced off from 105Wheelchair accessibility: Meeehhhh, not so much.“
“We ordered the brazero platter for 2 and it was a delicious party on a platter for only $45. More than enough food for 6 people and the tres leche cake was the bomb! Loved the guitar music, and singing was a nice touch. Will recommend.“
“Don’t let the title fool you. We visit this place every time we come to Houston. Great service, great fresh food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend the fajitas as the are great in both price and taste. Outside seating is an option. God bless this location.“
“Had a pretty amazing experience here last night. My special needs daughter turned 18 and we went to Breakwater bc we heard there was a DJ. The ENTIRE place sang her happy birthday! She felt so special. Also, a staff person named Bella, was extra kind to my daughter. Perfect night!“
“We really enjoyed the outdoor area though it can get a bit crowded. The menus are a bit hard to read but the service has always been great. Especially the gal with the beautiful butterfly tattoos on her hand, she did a fantastic job! We were never out of chips, salsa or drinks. Will definitely be back!“
