“In my personal opinion, I have lived right outside of Magnolia for over 15 years. The competitors to this place have gone completely downhill, by overcharging for less quality meat. Birrias has brought back my joy for Mexican food. The staff here is great, quality of the food, great and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect.Of course inflation is a thing, and it is going to go up everywhere. If you want good quality food, pay the price. I suggest anything with birrias in it!“

It continues to have the best food, service, and small-town atmosphere, even fun karaoke on Thursdays for families and an indoor playground for the kids. “I Love 5 de Mayo Mexican restaurant in Magnolia off of 1488 by Brookshire Brothers in old Magnolia . My kids and I use to go there alot when we lived in Magnolia and the owners and all the staff treated us likes Family and since we moved further out of Magnolia we harley go since its so far but last Sunday my Daughters and I had lunch there and it was just like old times Addie one of the owners and the other staff were talking to us like no time has passed by they were Happy to see us and we were so Happy to see them .Shout outTo 5 de Mayo Mexican restaurant where you can go and enjoy some good food and enjoy a positive loving atmosphere with the Loving Owners and all the workers .❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
“The Chile Con Queso was really good, I had it a long time ago in a different restaurant but I could never remember the name of it. Our server was really nice and food was served quickly. Just wish there was one closer to where we live 4 hours away lol. Good food, good service, good restaurant.“
