“I love breakfast tacos and Mexican food in general. The tacos here are generously stuffed with flavorful meat. Some toppings are extra but even so, quite reasonable. Their menu is extensive so I'll definitely be back to try other items. A good choice if you're in Prairie View or on your way to College Station or Belleville and you don't want Bucee's or fast food.“

“Headed back home to Georgia and googled Mexican restaurants in Hempstead, TX with my husband and this popped up. We are definite fans of hole in the wall restaurants and this checked that box and oh my goodness, this was one of the best meals we have ever eaten! I had the carne asada plate and my husband had the pork quesadillas, both scrumptious! I wish I knew how to make their beans! The salsa and guacamole were delicious and everything was so fresh. I never write reviews, but this meal was excellent! I wish they were in Georgia!“
“Myself and my partners meet at this restaurant regularly as it's about halfway between all of us.We get great food, good size portions, servers are always polite if not always quick with refills. The green sauce is fabulous and the chips are not too thick or too thin.“
“When we first moved to this side out of town we wanted to find a breakfast place that was authentic, welcoming, and affordable. Once we stepped foot into their establishment we never looked back! From the second you walk in you're treated like family, not to mention their authenticity and variety of delicious dishes, from my favorite the breakfast tacos with handmade tortillas, to the torta with fries and the huge selection of drinks from their coffee bar, the iced white chocolate mocha is a must have! Everything is handmade with love and it shows! The owners are attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for their guest. We order from Ayala's at least a few times during the week because its just that good!Kid-friendliness: Our kid loves their handmade tortillas and the chicken breast!“
