“You MUST try this place !! This is some of the best Mexican food me and my family have had. The salsa is made fresh on the grill.All the meat had great flavor, beans are homemade and the rice. All tortillas were homemade and the owner brought out special chille for us to try and even brought out fresh off the Comal corn tortillas to try. We are saving this place and coming back . Amazing service and even better food !“
“Finally decide to head over to this restaurant after being in Brenham for a bit now. Finally, a place that reminds me of my former city San Antonio...a taqueria. Those who may not know, a taqueria is not just simply a Mexican restaurant but often combined a frutería with its aqua frescas, paletas, fruit, milk shakes limonados and so forth with usually a food stand having tacos, tortas, caldos and so forth. This is definitely something I missed. As always beginning with the service. Friendly and helpful as usual. The food was great and yes does remind me of similar restaurants in San Antonio. It is always a good sign when you are the only gringo in one of these places. I did try a paleta de coco and it was ok...too sweet for my taste. Next time I need to try the mango though it is going to be difficult to bet El Paraiso from San Antonio. Overall a great place and I will return to get a taste that is not available anywhere around here. Now on to find decent traditional Tex-Mex food around here, something of a challenge apparently.“
“so so so delicious, tastes like abuelita's kitchen. the depth of flavors is absolutely ridiculous and fabulously amazing dishes. Birria tacos and quesadillas were the best I've ever had and the consume complimented perfectly. I can't wait to try to entire menu. Home made fruity drinks are super refreshing. Prices are very reasonable.“
“My wife and I stopped here on our way from Houston to Austin. We were looking for something fast and food trucks generally are. We had the asada and pastor tacos and they were both excellent. Tender meat, great flavor. The red and green salsa was excellent as well. We will definitely make a point of stopping there in the future. It was that good!“

“Stopped by one random morning. We are from out of town so we landed here by coincidence.All ladies working were super friendly, food was soo good! Ordered chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, kids pancakes, and kids egg plate. Our total was under 50$ included drinks.Also must point out though its a SMALL space their service is fast so people are constantly moving, coming and going. AND the ladies who worked would take their time to walk out and ask personally at each table if we are doing okay and if we needed something.. Amazing costumer Service.Whoever owns this place. MY RESPECT!Only thing I have to say is please add changing table to your bathroom! But thats a minor thing=)“
“My son found this place, we were heading back to Central Texas after a college visit to PVAMU. The food is amazing, it's our spot, we eat here everytime I come to visit him. The service is not the fastest but the food makes up for that. It's small inside but not cramped, I can't say enough great things about this place! Love Lupita's!“
“A family restaurant with a comfortable landlady, we loved the service, the people are very friendly and helpful, it has an environment for children where they are comfortable, although it would not be bad to give it a review and adjustments from time to time and otherwise everything is fine.“
“This was our first time eating here and it was fantastic! The flavors are as close to traditional Tex-Mex as you can ever get in Brenham besides going to the ethnic markets. I got Muenudo, and my kids got Carne Asada Nachos, Carne Asada Quesadilla, and Birria Quesadillas. The flavors and portion sizes are ON POINT. We came back the next day and tried different plates and they were just as great!“
“This is our personal favorite local place for TexMex/Mexican food. Margaritas are strong, wait staff are attentive and food is fast and just right. Oh and they have breakfast too...Parking: Parking lot is very small and sometimes big trucks park in there which makes it hard to get in there. Street parking is available.“
“We're visiting Brenham this weekend and one of our friends told us to check out Andrea's Taco Shop.If you like authentic, tasty, drool inducing tacos and burritos, this is the place to go.I got an Al Pastor burrito for $5, which would have cost $10 at a chain place, and would haven't been near as good.While we were eating, they got a delivery of fresh vegetables, nothing frozen there.I can't wait to go back and try some breakfast tacos.“

The menu was very good and has a great selection. So many restraunts are down sizing their menu's now days so it was good to see a place that is still serving it's customers!We surely do recommend Los Cabos Mexican Grill & Steak House to anyone in the area of Brenham!“
“My family has been a huge fan of this restaurant for years. In fact, it’s the only place in the area that we would recommend to friends. The service is always friendly, especially Maria, Victor,and Esteban. They treat us like family. The food is always delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonably priced. We love the unending baskets of hot chips and salsa too.Kid-friendliness: They cater to large family celebration!“

“The Brenham Grill is a great place to visit for a casual lunch in a nice atmosphere. I had the fried catfish and it was delicious, and the sides were great, too. One note I will add to the owner is to make the front door entrance more accessible and obvious. Other than that, great job on the menu and service!“
“Best Authentic Mexican Food in Texas!!! Their menu is simple yet so damn flavorful! We ordered the Chilaquiles with Arrachera Breakfast Plate and the Raízes Classic Breakfast Plate. So much food for such an incredible price coming from someone who is from Miami we're all the food is pretty pricey everywhere you go. The service was lovely the older gentleman was very informative and helpful. The ambiance is very homey home cooked meals. Highly recommend to anyone :)“
