Carnitas Ramirez in Willis Tx have the best carnitas, chicharrones and salsa in town. They are only open on the weekends. The service is inviting and friendly! I've tried the chicharrones from the Hermanos place and they are always overcooked or a lot of undercooked fat but here at Carnitas Ramirez they are delicious!

Not only is food amazing but also the best customer service! All the workers welcome you when you arrive making the atmosphere feel like at home!
I have been Willis for like about 2 years not once have I've tried this place .the time came it was awesome service for sure I will be back with my big bbys and my hubby. ready to try the rest of menu .the where about to close but the still let us in .10/105♥️💯I've should listen to my customer I'm glad we gave it chance after all this time .all the other places I been to where not right .this will be my number 1!♥️
