“Look it's a fast food pizza place. Youre ment to go there knowing it will be a wait, it's a mall. Go for a walk if that's your issue. The food I receive everytime I order is the best pizza for the price, I've never experienced any drop in quality depending on who's behind the counter. The workers there may be a little less up front and talkitive than other stores (but again, you aren't really ment to sit and wait in the store) but they always make sure I'm taken care of, and they always let you know about any deals they have. Means I can afford pizza more often. I've been to the other location in town and several other pizza places and this place is just above them.“

“The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there were A LOT of random bits of onion rings in my mini tacos. Other than that everything was great! They greeted me and took my order right away. I didn’t have to sit around. My food was fantastic, I have always love JITB sourdough Jack, but for whatever reason this one was so much better than other times. 😊 my mini tacos were great too, they hit the spot for sure. The girl at the window was very sweet and kind. Just all around. I appreciate the customer service and how well the food was. I will definitely be going back to this one.“

“Stop here during a storm. Place was alright, chicken tenders were great but the Mac and cheese was very watery. I didn’t know they had ice cream to put on top of peach cobbler until I was walking out. They should have a sign for that. Other than that it was decent.“

“Since they have opened, the drive-thru line is always two long line. However, the staff is so well trained that you spend maybe 5 minutes in line from the time you enter to the time you get your meal at the window. They have multiple staff members walking the line, taking orders and payment. Then you have a couple of staff members directing the two lanes into one. When you get to the window, you tell give them your name and bam! Your meal is given to you. Seriously impressed.\n\nTo follow COVID standards, all staff members are wearing masks. Everything is also contactless: you swipe your card and your meal is placed in a container that you grab it from. The staff also keeps a good distance from all customers.\n\nThe food was also good and hot. Their chicken nuggets are absolutely delicious and taste like homemade! Bella is a sandwich whizz she’s got the special sandwich making touch she placed every piece of my sandwich perfectly and distributed each ingredient beautifully I’ve never seen someone make a sandwich so good before.“
