“This is such a lovely spot in Huntsville. I’ve been here a few times now. My first visit was at Christmas time when they turned on the lights in town. There were a lot of business open late that day and while we stopped at many of them, this was my favorite as well as my daughter's. The dining area is adorable and the staff was super friendly. “This is one of the best food trucks that I've eaten from, and I'd say, the best to come onto this campus. The gentleman running it and cooking is a wonderfully great guy to talk with, and is responsive to suggestions & requests. Burgers are smashed into deliciousness, and there is a sauce that I can't place, but tastes like something my Grandmother made, called "Sambo's Sauce". I remember her telling me it was from California, and I think maybe it's a thing there - either way, it's tangy & tasty.”

“I don't know how this is possible but the three of us had a total of 16 different wines, mostly red, and loved most and liked the rest. Also, the charcuterie bowl is the absolute best we've ever had. Joe, the owner, said his wife does not let anyone else prepare them! ? What a wonderful vineyard. I highly recommend it!!”

“Stopped in Huntsville while traveling. We went in about 40 minutes before closing. We had server Gibby (not sure if this is how you spell his name.) He was an amazing server. Great personality and very welcoming. Was very prompt on taking our order and keeping our drinks full. Got some of the most amazing food I have ever ate. And the desert was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you’re in town.”

“Great prices! I went to H‑E‑B right afterwards and saw the exact same vitamins for ~$10 more. Staff were really helpful and personable. I’m glad Huntsville has a store like this.”

“We had the meat plates with sides all the food was very good. The people were really nice and took care of all our needs thanks. If you have the chance to dine there go.I drove 70 miles one way just for the food.”

“Terrific Service, Consistent Food. Huntsville doesn't have a shortage of good Mexican food. There are plenty of quality places to try. But my go-to place is Fiesta Taqueria, you will not find better Fajita Nachos or Fajita Quesidias anywhere in the entire State. Not sure what they do that separates them from everyone else, but it is magical.”

“Food was great . My only complaint is the waitress did not speak any English but acted as she did . So I ended up getting 2 plates instead of 1 when I changed my mind and wanted something else . She didn’t get it . I ended up with the street tacos and the Birria . I recommend getting the cheese birria . The plane needed some salt . The place was clean however I didn’t go to the bathroom . Food was top notch . The caldo was also yummy .”

“If you leave here hungry you went to the Wrong Place. I read all the reviews and thought I would venture out and give it a try. I am so glad I did. The Staff was Fantastic. Very Welcoming and Friendly. The Food was so so good. And I had enough to take care of Lunch the Next Day. It is a bit hard to find and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed and the Food Was Amazing. Enjoy.”

“I havent ever been disappointed in the food that i have gotten frim here. It is good food and it doesnt sit under a heating lamp for hours as its cooked to order. My food has always been fresh (even if frozen prior) and tasty. If i had one complaint it would be the prices compared to the portions. Some suggestions to the owner/owners would be invest in an actual soda dispenser. Also reannalyze the area to determine the prices of the food. Riverside is by no means a high class area. Prices should be adjusted to reflect that. Find a way to advertise other than just facebook. This is a major highway and you are very unnoticeable along this strip. Make yourself noticeable to help catch peoples attention. If you arent willing to adjust prices then look into possibly making the food fresh instead of just buying frozen products. Overall you have a good thing here. It just needs some more bang for the buck.”

“Excellent, the nice lady cut both my meats and cheeses perfectly to order. I'm pretty picky about my deli meats and they are always accommodating. Job well done.”
