“I visited chicken express livingston tonight and got 18 piping hot delicious gizzards! The night manager Alice and the nice young lady on front counter laney were and are always very helpful. I enjoy the smiles I get from them every time I enter. I will continue to return so tonight I brought them merchandise from work to show my appreciation.“

“We had the daily special which was fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, beans and bread and when I tell you it was absolutely delicious, I don't lie about food!!!! Plus it was only $11.50 which in this day and age is a fantastic deal. Don't sleep on this little hole in the wall. It's well worth it. 😉“

“Im not sure. I may not have been born in the right time period. It really puzzles me sometimes. Im probably wrong, but I think you shouldn't have to ask for 1 pack of salt with your meal. 1 pepper. 1 sweetener if you purchased unsweetened tea or something like that. Some things should be complimentary and you shouldn't have to ask for each one. If you only have 1 type or brand of sauce, then add one with a meal that usually goes with it. Like a ketchup or something. If people want more, then they should have to ask. You know what I got in my breakfast meal. Zip. I had to ask for each thing I wanted. Kind of ruins the mood, you know. I dont know anything. Don't pay attention to me. Just an old lump of coal. Not even going to be a diamond some day. Lol“

“The manager on duty, Ronny, is absolutely rude. I understand that if you alter an order you may be charged a different price but if you can not be asked a simple question without flying off the handle and being dismissive and RUDE, then WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN THE PUBLIC. The front counter cashiers were basically mute the whole time and didn't speak loud enough to hear, our order ended up still being wrong after basically an argument with MOD. wont go back and I warn people to go to this location, McDonald's shares a parking lot... save yourself the trouble. I've never had a good experience.“

“I tend to come here the most due to the kindness of the workers. They seem to authentically enjoy the time they are there for the most part. Or at least enjoy each other's company. Making for a kind experience each time.
4 star atmosphere from other rude customers acting foolish a lot. Don't blame the workers.“

“Exceed the standards of other McDonald's. They always bring the food to your table if you order it that way through the app. Lilly and the manager of the store were serving us on Wed 06May2026 and were very kind and set a new standard we havent gotten from any other McDonald's in Houston or the Angelina county. Really wish this type of service was located closer to home.“

“What a welcome change to the FAST FOOD INDUSTRY. You can actually get fresh healthy Vegetables with your food. Like all FFood restaurants there is the fatty fried stuff that is good but not ver healthy. Here you can get stir fried food, broccoli ? yummy green beans ? bell peppers, onions, water chestnuts, cabbage, carrots etc all mixed in with your meat choice. If you want to try healthy, I’d recommend this ffood chain.“

“I placed an order online mid day on a Saturday, around 2pm. When I walked in to get the order, before I was all the way inside a young girl was already asking me if I was there to place an order or to pick up an order. She was extremely pleasant, happy, upbeat and an all around happy person. I picked up my order and took it home. 2 footlong sandwiches. 1 customized meatball marinara and 1 modified BMT. Both sandwiches were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Still eating the BMT a day later. Great job team subway. Wife and I will definitely order from you guys again.“
