“I went in a while ago and my whole order got messed up. I don't know if she's a manager or what, but the young girl with glasses and gray shirt is amazing! Customer service was top tier on Tuesday, and she really was sweet. Made my day! The food was fresh as she promised, and refunded me what I needed. So understanding, fast, and sweet. Whataburger get more like her!!!!“

“Wow!! This place has earned the 4.2 rating. Went in tonight and immediately noticed the cleanliness of the store, I don’t think I seen even a speck of dirt. lol. That’s ALWAYS a good sign in my opinion. 2nd, the three people there, were all working… and not angrily and with headphones, genuinely getting their work done, keeping it clean, smiles all around!! Lastly, the kindness of the cashier was a great way to end it. All the away around, this store and these employees(2 females,1 gentlemen) are doing fabulous and everything right!! I hope they all get the recognition they deserve :)“

“Went into Prairie Nutrition for the first time today! The ladies in there were very nice and very helpful! I didn’t know what I wanted and they asked different questions and then made my drink. “Had been years since I've enjoyed the great taste of a thin sliced roast beef sandwich with that horsey sauce these people made famous bach in the 70s. They haven't lost their touch with delivering the great taste I remembered from so long ago. If you are on the road and feel the need to fill up that empty spot, these folks will accommodate you without any delay.“

“We stopped going to Burger King when the quality and service declined, but because of their ad campaign we decided to give it try. We tried the one in New Caney first and the service was so terrible I left in tears and the food was not great. BUT today we wanted a Whopper so we stopped in Cleveland and WOW!!!!! The girls working the drive-thru were sooo sweet and respectful! Young kids with that level of service are so rare! The food was hot and fresh and made with care, not just slapped together. DELICIOUS!!! Even the Coke was fantastic! Perfectly sweet. Great job Cleveland BK! We will only go here for our Whopper fix from now on!!!“

“my wife wanted to meet me for lunch at Subway in Tarkington on the corner of 105 and 321 where we were greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life first this lady opened an hour later that she was supposed to and did it with disgust on her face my wife and I entered the place place our orders and as my wife is finishing her order I grab us three napkins a piece where the lady jumps down my throat and tells me I only have two sandwiches that's too many napkins I tell her they are messy sandwiches she tells me you do not need that many napkins my wife didn't take her phone out and takes a picture of the lady the lady that has my wife so what now are you going to report me or video me because you are not allowed to do that put your phone away I tell the lady first of all you open an hour late and you have been nothing but rude she replies it's Labor Day and I'm working I'll reply to her so am I we take our sandwiches and turn to walk out and I tell the lady now I do think I will report you she rattled off something in Spanish which I'm sure was nothing nice I would not recommend going to this Subway“

“This is purely a review on Corey the cashier that was on shift 12/3/25 at 6pm. That young man is holding the whole operation together. Very calm and kind amidst his coworkers sabotaging themselves on getting orders completed. The curbside/pickup system is a mess. But Corey took the time to help even though it wasn't his mess to deal with.“
