“my wife wanted to meet me for lunch at Subway in Tarkington on the corner of 105 and 321 where we were greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life first this lady opened an hour later that she was supposed to and did it with disgust on her face my wife and I entered the place place our orders and as my wife is finishing her order I grab us three napkins a piece where the lady jumps down my throat and tells me I only have two sandwiches that's too many napkins I tell her they are messy sandwiches she tells me you do not need that many napkins my wife didn't take her phone out and takes a picture of the lady the lady that has my wife so what now are you going to report me or video me because you are not allowed to do that put your phone away I tell the lady first of all you open an hour late and you have been nothing but rude she replies it's Labor Day and I'm working I'll reply to her so am I we take our sandwiches and turn to walk out and I tell the lady now I do think I will report you she rattled off something in Spanish which I'm sure was nothing nice I would not recommend going to this Subway“

“I was running a quick doordash order and the first thing I noticed when I come in is the store is incredibly clean. Kat acknowledged me as I'm barely passing through the door and she already had the order ready to go. It was half the reason I had returned after that order to get an old favorite of mine. She made it quick and easy and the sandwich was bomb. Thank y'all for the good food. I'll be back here and there kat made it worth it.“

“I ordered from Subway through DoorDash. I got two meatball sandwiches and one Philly steak bowl. The meatball sandwiches were fine and tasted good, no complaints there.

The issue was with the Steak Philly (630 cal) bowl. I asked for black pepper and selected American cheese, which came as two slices on top. When I opened the bowl, all of the black pepper had been dumped directly on top of the cheese and wasn’t mixed in at all. One entire side of the bowl was completely black from the amount of pepper.

It was so much pepper concentrated in one spot that after the first bite, I actually started choking because it was overwhelming. This wasn’t just extra seasoning, it was way too much and very unevenly placed.

I don’t mind black pepper, but it should be used in a reasonable amount and mixed properly. The bowl could have been good if it had been prepared correctly.“

Well Jennifer at this location sold me a whole new sandwich to overcome their ingredient shortages in a manner that makes you forget the sting of disappointment. Then surprise, she had good taste too. Great customer service in a difficult time!“

“We were just passing through and saw this Subway. Shout out to Abigail who did awesome! She was so kind and did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. She asked how our day was going and where we were going. I love Subway and eat at them often...Never have I had someone ask me that while dining there. You can tell she cares about what she does because she didn't just throw our sandwiches together. She needs a raise because she did excellent! I also love that they had KLOVE playing in the background!“
