“The worst Jersey Mike's in Montgomery County. The high-school kids that work here give ZERO cares. The manager is just as bad. The sandwich I ordered (told her 2 times no onion or peppers) was full of onions and peppers. I didn't check because I thought she heard me when she asked onions and peppers (after I told her meat and cheese only) and I said NO, meat and cheese only! Fast forward to me driving back, with after school traffic, only to find the manager didn't even offer an upside or any compensation for my drive BACK to the store. During the time I had been waiting there was a young lady in there (off of work) socializing with all of the employees. it was VERY distracting for the other employees. This young lady was a senior, I know because that is how loud that they were being during social hour. This will be our last visit to this location. All the manager offered was "have a nice day".“

“I love the lady PAM she’s a store manager she’s so kind and sweet and the guy JOSE sweetest guys I’ve ever met they made our sandwich’s with love and respect as a Muslim we always said use fresh knife’s because we don’t eat meat but this time we don’t have to ask they did it by there self they showed so much respect

“Honestly the best Subway location I've gotten food from. Sandwiches are standard quality, but importantly, have always been quickly made and accurate even when we are getting multiple (3+) sandwiches. The employees working there as of writing this review (10/12/2024) have been efficient and even once walked out of the store to hand us our sandwiches when we ordered takeout before we had a chance to click the notification that we had arrived. However, today is the first time we ordered food and had to wait 45 minutes for our sandwiches, solely because whoever was in charge of staffing had ONE of these good employees handling orders during Saturday lunch rush, resulting in an insanely long line. Very grateful to the employees but begging management not to do that, because that was a terrible & unfair experience for the employees and the customers.“

“I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I've been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back“
