I was waiting to be helped, and while an employee was off work there waiting to pay for his food.. he took the time to take my order while he was off the time clock.. I did have to wait to long, for the drive through was very busy..
I went yesterday for a nice meal because New Caney had been disappointing and i was pleased with what i saw. The place was clean, my food came out hot and fresh and surprisingly fast despite it being pretty busy. The staff was wonderful and their manager seemed well liked although she looks pretty young its clear she knows what shes doing. You wont be disappointed visiting here especially with that one girl managing!

I went in a while ago and my whole order got messed up. I don't know if she's a manager or what, but the young girl with glasses and gray shirt is amazing! Customer service was top tier on Tuesday, and she really was sweet. Made my day! The food was fresh as she promised, and refunded me what I needed. So understanding, fast, and sweet. Whataburger get more like her!!!!
