I went in a while ago and my whole order got messed up. I don't know if she's a manager or what, but the young girl with glasses and gray shirt is amazing! Customer service was top tier on Tuesday, and she really was sweet. Made my day! The food was fresh as she promised, and refunded me what I needed. So understanding, fast, and sweet. Whataburger get more like her!!!!
Be careful when ordering from the Cleveland, Tx location. I ordered two number 2. Wayne asked if I wanted all the way I said sure, bacon yes, cheese yes. Usually this order would be in the $20-23 dollar range. i couldn't believe he charges me for everything but the ketchup. He charges me $34.14. Never in my life have I paid this much in any other location or Burger King or McDonald's. I replied $24 he laughs says no it's $34. I replied wow never again.
