“Stumbled upon this great little coffee (and more) shop looking for a meeting place halfway between Lufkin and Kingwood. What an amazing place. The staff was so friendly, engaging and helpful. Knowledgeable about their products and gave service with a smile! The smoothies were delightful as were the frappes! The coffee was flavorful and smooth. No bitterness or yucky aftertaste. Will definitely be stopping by again anytime I’m in Livingston!”

“Great casual Steakhouse on Highway 59N./ aka i-69 in the growing Lake Livingston area.Been there twice in the last few months, each under different names, thankfully; the Food Remains the Same complimented with friendly service and good food. Ribeye Steaks generously sized 2XL were masterfully grilled & large enough to served my wife & daughter twice more at home.Finally ordered 2 deserts for 4 to share, N.Y. Cheesecake, missed NY by few States; and a Creme Brulee Cheesecake that was acceptable, likely a convenient store bought, defrosted, & reStated. & That's all I have to say about desserts.A notable upgrade, is the downing of card processing cost, previously reassigned as a customer expense & responsibility.Good Food... Great People......Dessert is optional...”

“Considering this is my FAMILY'S club I'm a bit biased. But I hadn't been there in many years so I love that on my first visit back I was welcomed warmly. Steve, my dad, welcomed me in along with Rita, my mom. The drinks are cold and mixed fresh daily. The food is made to order. The bartender Carla is awesome!!! The pool tables all work and are level. There's only 4 mind you. 2 dart boards. Karaoke with LG is fun!!! It was nice to go back HOME!!!”

My husband had smoothed a pork chop plate with yams and green beans, the chops was so good he was only able to eat 1/2 of the pork chop because they was big and they give you 2..He had to ask for the cook and asked was it the mother or the grandmother that did it, he said him and his mother own the restaurant Io will be driving from Houston to Livingston to eating and to get that good services. Please keep the food good, im tried of going to some restaurants the is so good, and go back it taste like TV dinners. “Service was okay—not the best we’ve had, but definitely not the worst either. The margaritas were great!
My son ordered the kids’ quesadilla, and as you can see from my picture, the plate was mostly rice and beans with very little quesadilla, which was a little disappointing. I had the birria tacos, and they were pretty good. We also tried to order lemonade, but they were out, and they were out of Starry as well, so we ended up getting Sprite.
My husband said his steak was okay, but we’ve had steak at another Mexican restaurant that was much better. My daughter enjoyed her hamburger, and my oldest son enjoyed his meal as well.
Overall, not too shabby! There were definitely some good things, especially the margaritas, but it probably wouldn’t be our first choice for Mexican food here in Livingston.”

Like all FFood restaurants there is the fatty fried stuff that is good but not ver healthy. Here you can get stir fried food, broccoli ? yummy green beans ? bell peppers, onions, water chestnuts, cabbage, carrots etc all mixed in with your meat choice. If you want to try healthy, I’d recommend this ffood chain.”

“I’ve been looking to get some good Chinese since I just moved here and I always like to be able to get some fried dumplings and they were very good I must say and was my lo mein loaded, the only thing I found very odd about the lo mein is that they had zucchini and celery in it like a filler because it’s not supposed to have that in there, I’ve found most of them have maybe some of the snap peas and the carrot strips which they did have bok choy maybe some water chestnuts they did have a little bit of the little tiny corn and definitely some broccoli and they did have that it just struck me a little odd which I just took it out. I don’t like it and it just doesn’t go right with the lo mein, but that doesn’t mean that I would take off any stars because it was definitely delicious. I just wish they would reconsider putting any of that in there no salary and no zucchini and add those peas that are really good and then your perfection. I could barely carry the bag. It was so heavy oh my gosh, where is in here? I was so much lo mein and eggrolls were delicious and all the people helping us were very nice. I definitely will go back. I got mine to go the other day but sometime we’ll have to go and sit down for their buffet. I bet it’s good. I must say it was reasonably priced as well and the amount that was given was so much I had enough for the next day for sure very filling.”

Im probably wrong, but I think you shouldn't have to ask for 1 pack of salt with your meal. 1 pepper. 1 sweetener if you purchased unsweetened tea or something like that. Some things should be complimentary and you shouldn't have to ask for each one. If you only have 1 type or brand of sauce, then add one with a meal that usually goes with it. Like a ketchup or something. If people want more, then they should have to ask. You know what I got in my breakfast meal. Zip. I had to ask for each thing I wanted. Kind of ruins the mood, you know. I understand that if you alter an order you may be charged a different price but if you can not be asked a simple question without flying off the handle and being dismissive and RUDE, then WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN THE PUBLIC. The front counter cashiers were basically mute the whole time and didn't speak loud enough to hear, our order ended up still being wrong after basically an argument with MOD. wont go back and I warn people to go to this location, McDonald's shares a parking lot... save yourself the trouble. “I did a pickup order today, for the first time. The fried catfish was fabulous. it was clean, flavorful and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The sides were delicious and the hush puppies were awesome. I could have made a meal just out of those. Even though this was my first carry out order from them, it definitely won't be my last.”
