Eat here. You won't be disappointed!4.4 stars is an absolute lie. This place is 5 STAR all the way. Service was great, beer was cold, and the food was even better. I apologize to my grandmother for this, but that was the best chicken fried steak I have EVER HAD! Every person in my group was very impressed. If I'm passing through again I will make it a point to stop there.
I enjoyed my chicken fried steak but my wife did not care for the batter used. She does not care for certain spices and it may contain those. All the wait staff were very friendly and did a awesome job. The owner actually came over and introduced himself by name not by title. I stopped in for a late lunch and found this little gem. Live music emanating from the front door. (Good music)I was seated and helped right away.I had a hamburger and fries. The burger was great the fries slightly greasy but not enough to affect the rating.
