We know it’s called El Taquito, most folks just call it the “PinkTacoShack.” Anything/Everything is the best. We usually get barbacoa on Thur.-Fri.NOBODY else in town compares or even comes close.THEIR FOOD IS SO GOOD THAT A JEW WOULD BE COMPELLED TO GROSSLY OVERTIP.?……..THAT’S HOW GOOD!!!
El Taquito is my go-to for mexican food while in Livingston! Peach margarita and warm chunky picamte for my chips! The shredded chicken two burrito plate with refried beans and rice is my favorite meal! Es

Real good Mexican food was my first impression during my first visit. They serve desembrada (shredded pork meat), carnitas , beef & chicken fajitas, chicharon, refried beans, nopales (chopped cactus), scrambled eggs a la Mexicana w/t diced jalapeño onion and tomato, barbacoa, sausage and scrambled eggs with sausage, sausage in a BBQ sauce or gravy. Love the hand made flour and corn tortillas along with a very good red and green tomatillo salsa. I highly recommend this place...read full review
