“Pretty dang good. You cain't go wrong here. There are at least twelve more things on their extensive menu that I cannot wait to go back to try. The menu is like trying to read half of the Bible. Very delicious and service on par. A mariachi band would be a fantastic addition. This place helped to remind me of why I love life. I would go six stars.“
“I wasn’t able to take a photo of my food because I finished it so fast, it was delicious and fully authentic Mexican food. The service is amazing, I’m an expecting mother craving gorditas, and they were out but the server took time to ask and was able to make gorditas! I am beyond amazed at this restaurant, if I could leave 10 stars I would! For sure will be back soon! ?✨“
“AMAZING!!! If you haven't tried El Trompo yet, put it on the list! The Birria Pizza is SO delicious!! It would easily feed two... I have an entire second meal leftover ? (but I'm not complaining!) And all the smiles and hospitality, as well as the fresh authentic flavor, guarantee you'll be back for more!! Experience El Trompo for yourself, and your tummy will smile! ?“
“Real good Mexican food was my first impression during my first visit. They serve desembrada (shredded pork meat), carnitas , beef & chicken fajitas, chicharon, refried beans, nopales (chopped cactus), scrambled eggs a la Mexicana w/t diced jalapeño onion and tomato, barbacoa, sausage and scrambled eggs with sausage, sausage in a BBQ sauce or gravy. Love the hand made flour and corn tortillas along with a very good red and green tomatillo salsa. I highly recommend this place for those people on highway 59 who are hungry and looking for good Mexican food near the highway.Vegetarian options: A flour or corn tortilla stewed potatoes mixed with sauteed onions, jalapeño and tomato, and hint of garlic, refried beans, and nopales is my personal favorite.Parking: There is no marked or designated parking. Basically you have to drive around the small building and park anywhere on the dirt driveway.“
“Went here for some drinks with friends. Great place, good prices, and a super nice staff. I've had meals a few times here and I always enjoy the place. Livingston is small but the vast majority of people will recommend this place. Thanks!“
