“My first time there. Went to pick up barbacoa and carnitas. I’m not a big fan of carnitas but I just found the best carnitas in Texas. Thank you for your hospitality. “Elizabeth G. was our cashier at the drive thru…AMAZING service. She was so kind and patient with our family as we were trying to decide what to order. As she waited for us, she kindly asked if she could help us find anything on the menu and even went out of her way to ask us how our day was going, and just overall gave great customer service and good vibes! I don’t leave reviews often, but this was service that you honestly don’t get a lot of at fast food chains, so she definitely was a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much Elizabeth for the amazing service. The taco was delicious!!“

“From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!“
