“From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!“

“I went on 2/27/26 after hearing all the hype about this place. The food was good although the portion was small, in comparison to Chipotle it was enough for me. I paid $25 for a 1/2 filled bowl and a drink which I felt was steep for the amount of food. I do give them credit for the flavor of the chicken, not sure I’d go back though.“
