“I have to say this is one of the BEST Mexican restaurants I have been to, and i am very picky too since I'm used to good Mexican food in Houston.They hit the 3: Food, Salsa, and Drinks.The food is amazing. My husband had the parrillada, and I had the quesadillas.The salsa is good, but not spice. My 20 month old was dipping his chip, lolLet me tell you about the drinks! They are AMAZING!HIGHLY recommend this place. I think this is our new spot.“
“Had the Hamburgesa Mexicana. I typically try that first to determine authenticity. It had a great authentic spin on an American classic. Fresh avocado chunks, plenty of grilled onions, so many jalapeños they squished out, thick slice of real ham. Juicy and delicious, couldn't even eat the fries. Now on to their barbacoa the next chance I get.“
“Hubby & I decided to stop in Liberty to eat. We went to another restaurant first & the vibe we got was unwanting, so we decided to go to Los Ponchos instead & I'm so glad we did. The vibe was great. We were welcomed & received some of THE BEST services. Emily, our waitress was so friendly & polite. Her services are some THE BEST services. She made sure we were taken care of. I just loved her hospitality. The entire staff we encountered was friendly & polite. Thank you all! Now on to the food. I had the 3 Tacos dinner. Those tacos did not disappoint. So full of meat, lettuce & cheese I could only eat 1 & a half. Hubby got the Monster Burrito & added some additional toppings & he really enjoyed & couldn't finish it, so we have leftovers...well, he does. I highly recommend eating at this location.“
“We got the large pastor quesadilla and the 5 street tacos . The quesadilla was huge and came with lettuce , avacado and a tomato . It was one of the best quesadillas I've had . The street tacos were delicious as well ,filled with meat of your choice ,cilantro and onion . I give it a 4/5 because my children's food was not good . They got the chicken nuggets and they just spit them out. I recommend this food truck for Mexican food 5/5 . Just stick to the Mexican food .“
“I will admit! I am in love with the cook! Started working in Liberty Texas 2 months ago had a taste for Mexican food, tried El Burrito, and have no regrets! I had to literally stopped myself for a couple of weeks, I became afraid, that I would burn myself out! Couldn't allow that, especially with every dish I've tried was perfect! Aside from one Lady, who's been rude, 3 times, can't understand why, but who cares, I'm in love with the cook!!!!“
“We were traveling through town and looking for a good breakfast place. Came across this place and stopped based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! Hubby got a plate with bacon and eggs, potatoes and beans. I got 2 flour tortilla tacos- one chorizo/egg and one sausage/egg. Everything was delicious. The flour tortillas are fresh made, soft and buttery. The service was great as well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for simple delicious home made breakfast.“
