El Taquito Mexican Restaurant and Bar offers a mix of experiences. While some find the food bland at times, others love the amazing flavors. The take-out service is praised for its professionalism, but the prices may be a bit high for the overall quality. Despite this, it remains a favorite spot for many due to the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for families, couples, and solo diners alike. The restaurant is conveniently located with parking behind the building.
The restaurant has received both positive and negative reviews recently. Some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the food, citing issues such as dry meat, flavorless beans, and subpar guacamole. However, other customers have praised the delicious and authentic Mexican dishes, including the crispy tacos, cheese enchiladas, and shrimp fajita quesadillas. The queso was also noted for its great flavor.
The restaurant is described as being hidden behind a car wash and another business, making it a bit difficult to find, but well worth the effort. The service is prompt, and the atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Customers have also mentioned the ample parking, including handicap spaces, and the on-site bar, which they plan to visit to sample the margaritas.
