Always clean, service is great, food is excellant, and reasonably-priced. Portions are large, so come hungry,,, or share a plate. Deserts are fantastic, also large enuff to share. Our group of 12, tried some of everything today,,, ribs, fish, shrimp, and chicken fried steak,,, each with sides of potato salad, baked bean, pinto beans, collard greens, coleslaw, n garden salad. They are only open each Thursday, Friday, n Saturday...
I love fried catfish and have tried almost every restaurant in Livingston that serves it. This is the best, flavorful and not over cooked. Ordered a slice of German chocolate cake to go. The slice was the size of a dinner plate and 3 inches thick! The cake tasted just like my mother's, delicious! Highly recommend Florida's Kitchen.
