This is the most well run Jimmy John’s I’ve been to, which says something about this team, because all Jimmy John’s are well run. The food is always great, as expected. Thank yall!
Jamie fixed my order, as I was under the impression my sandwich would be toasted. That’s the kind of customer service more people need to learn from. Great leader.

However, some customers have experienced issues with special requests, such as cutting sandwiches in half and customizing toppings. Overall, the staff is friendly and personable, making for a great dining experience.
