I have never had any problem with this location. Staff is awesome and on top of business! Great food, everything is always fresh and delicious, and it’s gotten to the point where the manager (I think she is the manager she has dark hair and glasses, very nice) recognizes me when I show up to pick up my sandwich! 10/10 I am a loyal customer!

0 stars - Horrible experience. Ordered lunch online for delivery. I'm unable to leave work so I got stuck paying a $3 delivery fee, even though they are literally across the street. According to the tracker, my order was delivered. I didn't receive my food. When I try to call the location, it goes to an automated message that says "mailbox is currently unavailable" and then it disconnects the call. No food and no way to contact the store.

The sandwiches were delicious and REALLY full of meats/cheese. Fast service, as always.I always get the Vito or Italian Night Club and it tasted like it usually does.Ate there and it wasn’t full of people, so that was nice.

Incredibly mismanaged location. They just ran out of bread at lunchtime. Seems pretty important to a sandwich shop. And they’re slow.

Yalls friendliness has gone down hill. I haven’t had the opportunity to eat here in about 8mos, but I recall a time when JJ had very great customer service. Literally I’ve been eating the #9 for about 16 years! Since y’all brought a promo tray to our hospital department in 2007!! That’s a long time. The cashier was friendly today even though I asked for a receipt and he said I’d get one but still never provided it, but the line guy making the sandwich was dry and rude, he acted like his job was a burden by which he carries himself, and seemed surprised that I actually thanked him and said have a great day, sir. I nearly said I hope your day gets better!! That is pretty bad!!The take away here for y’all as a business is; the younger demographic that you continue to hire, apparently the more thorough the training needs to be. Most of the kids you hire have absolutely zero work ethic and in the negatives with customer service. There’s room to be better for sure, sandwiches alone will not bring me back so sorry! In today’s world, that one $12.50 meal that used to be $8, can be spent easily somewhere down the street where they are polite and go the whole mile for you. Also, take that tip option off your screen! Tips are given AFTER a service and your guy didn’t even want to put my takeout food in a bag LOL

Went at 815 door was unlocked walked in and they said they closed early because someone had explosive diarrhea and they had to close early but it didn’t smell like poop at all in there. They just wanted to close early guy with long shaggy hair behind counter

Apple Pay didn't work. Had a pretty beaten up piece of paper taped to the machine stating contactless payments weren't working which looked like it had been there quite a while.

Can you please just default to cutting the sandwiches in half?! Every time I order online and hit the check box to cut it in half, it seems to be ignored by your employees, this is not the first time. It’s a very simple request, thank you.Also, I ordered extra onions and instead I got no onions & extra lettuce.

Arrived 4 minutes before posted closing time online and the front door was locked. Both employees told me they were closed.The sandwich I order normally takes them less than a minute to make but I guess they don't care.I drove by 18 minutes later on my way back from Subway and one of the employees was still there but apparently it was really important for her to save 1 minute by refusing to sell me the sandwich I came in for.
