“The kids on duty were polite. They greeted us when we entered and said their goodbyes as we exited. The meal tasted as it should. However, if it is cooked in grease, the grease should be changed more often. My chicken tenders were really dark.“

Let me just say, it was an amazing and delicious meal! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a true delight for the taste buds. Each side dish was flavorful and satisfying, especially the creamy mac and cheese and the comforting mashed potatoes. The coleslaw added a refreshing crunch to balance out the meal.What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The cashier went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Their attentiveness and friendliness enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. “I absolutely love this place but only during the day. Jessica who works the day shift is ver friendly greets you by your name and knows exactly what you want. She is sweatiest person I have met and her customer service is on point along with the food.But, on the other hand the evening crew is awful. I stopped by one evening and the gentleman who works on Wednesday was extremely rude had a bad attitude didn’t give you were good just placed it on the lil shelf and provided no condiments. I will definitely not visit in the evening but will make it my business to visit in the afternoon when Jessica work.Overall the food is amazing and Jessica is outstandingThe evening shift needs to be addressed.“

“Love this place! The food is so good! I always try to get a different type of chicken salad each time I go, and I have enjoyed all of them. The food is very tasty and it is fast to get to you. Plus, they have little ready to go dishes that I take home and have for lunch throughout the week. Very convenient. Plus, it is such a quaint restraint.Yes, the food is great, the service is just as good. Every time I go there, the staff is always so kind and happy to help out with anything. They even help you decided which type of sandwich to get based on my mood (that might just be me and my many questions).Lastly, the food is great, and for the price, you get a good amount of food. “Never have issues with the food. But what I didn't like, I hope upper management see this, is as yes it was busy, had some managers sitting down at a table talking. Instead of getting up to help, scolded the employees who were taking orders. Its a mall , so everyone ends up in same area... to order and for pickup.Instead of getting up to help, be traffic control, just sat there griping at them.I am sure that was not the only time that day. If it were me, I would have dropped my gear and left. Come and help, be a part of the team, a solution. Dont sit behind the desk and gripe at people. They were not slacking, but waiting for people to make their way to ordering line. Looked like 2 store managers and 2 senior managers.“
