“I had such a great experience with Carlos today! He handed me my drinks, and unfortunately I ended up dropping them in my car. Carlos saw what happened and immediately told me to wait while he went to grab replacements. Within maybe a minute, he was back with brand-new drinks for me…I didn’t even have to ask!
What really stood out to me was his attitude. He was outside delivering orders in the hot Texas sun and still had a smile on his face and was incredibly kind and helpful.
