“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“In spite of being super busy (double drive thru lined up well past where the line to begin around the building), outstanding fast and super professional service - best I've ever experienced from a fast food restaurant!!! Order was exactly as requested and a very tasty spicy chicken deluxe combo. We'll be back just to support and enjoy such great service but also for the delicious food ;)“

“Hey It’s Chick-fil-A. It’s quality with a typical high fast food price for chicken sandwiches. What I don’t understand is the their “To Go” orders when you go inside take forever. Obviously they take scare of their drive-thru and lobby guests quickly but these are orders that arrive online. I’ve learned to judge speed at restaurants by how many Uber Eats and Door Dash folks are standing by for their orders. This place is a parking lot for those guys.“

“Splendora location. I hate to say but I visit this location up to 4 times a week. They are so nice and proud of their store. Food is always hot and consistent. Quality and efficiency is why I keep coming back. The value of their meals beats their competitors that are within walking distance. I appreciate this store for being a very well ran team!“
