We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.
Twice now, we’ve had issues. First time was the drive through. Ordered a grilled buffalo wrap with Mac n cheese, got home to find fried chicken finger (not the wrap) and fries with some weird sauce.
Second time was in the dining room. Waited 20 minutes. People around us that came in later getting their food. Go to check on it and it had been packed Togo and was just sitting there getting cold. They also didn’t include my husband’s sauces, so he had to go back up...read full review
