I'm addicted to the buffalo Mac n cheese bowls, ( no fried onions for me personal preference) I usually get two or three per week. Usually I have no issues with my order. Until one day they didn't put any green onions on it. I call the store and I was told that they didn't have any. But nobody told the cashier this. I wouldn't mind if I was told when I ordered. When I call the store the manager was rude, a smart @ss, and an allover bad attitude. Didn't want my info, told me she was going remake my order free of charge, then change her mind and said she'll refund my money. Again no info was exchanged, didn't apologize for the situation. When I went to get my refund. She was rude had a bad attitude. When I asked her question, she did not answer my question. My meal was 10.81, I got ten dollars back. I wasn't going to make a big deal about.81 cent. The food is good, but managers gotta go. Bad customer service. Cashier was very helpful. Manager not so much. Maybe I'll come back.

I paid extra for sides and did not receive them in my to go order .... I stop here once every six months trying to give them another chance but every time something goes wrong ... and the quality of the food has gone down
I seen photos of the kitchen that a ex worker named Justin Underwood posted in fact he was part of the problem too this place is literally going down hill I love this place so much but it’s honestly a gamble on the food the Tea is never going to be good the lemonade is the same The portions fluctuate, like say I would order the fried pickles they would either give u a small box with literally only 14 pickles or a large box of burned pickles I sure do wish this place was good again and I really don’t like any of the lazy workers except for this one lady she’s always on her stuff and is actually niceParking: There’s always parking because this place is horrible it’s good but the workers makes it bad
