Extra krispy chicken is NOT krispy, Cole slaw bitter cabbage, fountain drinks lacked syrup. Service was good and quick.

I was extremely late picking up an order due to an emergency; the staff was very understanding & my food was fresh and hot when I finally arrived. I appreciate this so much!
