“(I’m pretty sure this is the right location) When my XC team came here after a meet and during the normal lunch rush, the whole restaurant was swamped with people. Despite this, the team didn’t seem to panic at all and handled everything professionally and quickly. Thank you!“

“I recently visited this KFC location in Kingwood and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience! Right from the moment I walked through the doors, I noticed how exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained the entire restaurant was, including the seating area and counter space. The staff provided outstanding customer service—they were super friendly, polite, welcoming, and processed my order quickly with a great attitude. As for the food, the chicken was absolutely delicious, fresh, juicy, and served piping hot. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back to this spot and highly recommend it!“

“Came to the smoke shop and saw the food truck and forgot all about the store I came for. The food is top notch and amazing. I will be coming from Lakeland to get food from clutch city cluckers it’s that good. Seasoning on point! 10 out of 10“

“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

“So far I’ve been to the new location in Chesterfield, MO. Tastes just like the one on N Western, (iykyk) amazing!!“

“Andrew gave exceptional service, it was my first time trying Urban Bird and, he took me through the entire menu to better guide me in my selection. He also never lost his smile not once, and it genuinely made me happy to walk into an atmosphere of positive energy.“
