“I absolutely love this place but only during the day. Jessica who works the day shift is ver friendly greets you by your name and knows exactly what you want. She is sweatiest person I have met and her customer service is on point along with the food.But, on the other hand the evening crew is awful. I stopped by one evening and the gentleman who works on Wednesday was extremely rude had a bad attitude didn’t give you were good just placed it on the lil shelf and provided no condiments. “Love this place! The food is so good! I always try to get a different type of chicken salad each time I go, and I have enjoyed all of them. The food is very tasty and it is fast to get to you. Plus, they have little ready to go dishes that I take home and have for lunch throughout the week. Very convenient. “I went to Urban Bird Hot Chicken and brought 12 others to enjoy the food there but even though the food was tasty, well seasoned and fresh the wait was so long by the time we got our food we had to leave immediately. It's a relatively nicer fast food chicken place that was not fat at all along with subpar service. The place was busy but customer service it still very important no matter how busy your establishment is.“
