“The staff was super nice and very helpful! Our food came out way quicker than expected despite there being multiple people dining in. We’d been told to come a ton of times and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Also love that they stay open so late so it’s a great spot for after work😸😸“

“My go to Chick Fil A...but honestly the fries have been awful lately! So soggy and limp that I feel like I’m eating a potato not a fry. Not good. Also, today in the drive up line, the people taking orders were not telling the cars who to follow in line like they normally do. So cars were pulling into the drive up line at the same time and not knowing who was supposed to go first...it was chaos. Other than that I still love the people that work here and customer service and food is always good...minus the fries ☹️“

“Most of the time that I buy food from this location is pretty good. But about 40% of the time they always get it incorrect and I called them about it and they always tell me what do you want me to do about it. I think that’s pretty poor service not to mention when I get home the food is super greasy and cold.“

“First time eating here, and wow—what a great experience! I honestly don’t know what was better: the food or the wonderful service. We mentioned it was our first visit, and the young lady, Melody ,working went out of her way to walk us through the menu board and explain how the combos work. She even let us sample items ahead of time, which was so helpful.

I don’t want to sound like a “boomer” (I’m Gen X!), but it’s rare these days to find younger employees in fast-food settings who are this engaged and genuinely happy to help. That was not the case here—she was fantastic!

Only downside? We live downtown, or we’d be here all the time.

“Just picked up my order curbside and the lady that brought it out pronounced my name correctly. I'm not going to be upset if it's mispronounced because I know it's different but that made my day. Please let her know I love her for that and I hope her pillow is always cool. 10/10 <3“

The bathroom needs a little improvement.Because it's out of paper towel.And the hand dryer is not working.

“Went to this store today for chicken.
Ordering was a breeze, paying was simple, and they went to work on my order immediately.
I purchased the 12 piece, spicy, dark meat family pack.

We drove 10 miles home and we dove in!

The chicken was still hot, freshly fried, very crispy crust, and just perfectly cooked and moist. Had mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac & cheese, biscuits, and an order of 6 jalapenos! Good thing they threw in a big handful of napkins because the chicken was so juicy is was running down our hands.

I've tried other local chicken joints; Popeyes is the best choice---hands down the best!!!!“
