“Had their BOGO today (spicy) with Sprite (no ice). I attempted to go inside, but the line was long-ish and I didn't see any available tables. Drive thru didn't look so bad, so we attempted it, although considering just bypassing. It smelled REALLY appetizing. We found a shaded spot on the way home and enjoyed the TENDER, JUICY fingers, the plump, salted-just-right fries, and the unbelievable but well-executed thought of a piece of toast!! So, seriously, can someone come pick me up and take me home? Imma take a nap! 💤“

As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? “Chicken salad chick has always been one of my favorites. But when I went through the drive-through on Good Friday. I was surprised with an Easter egg basket where I could choose two eggs. Each egg had a surprise in it. I opened the eggs and received a free side item and a coozy. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun at a drive-through window. Great job!“

“The name and logo of this establishment peaked my interest, it called to me lol. My first visit went well and since I’ve purchased the same thing every time.
Meal: Jalepeno Holly Sandwich(It’s actually spicy as advertised) and
Loaded Potato Soup
This also comes with a buttercream frosted cookie, crackers, and a pickle.
Food:
The veggies used on the sandwich is fresh, bread toasted just right, flavorable chicken salad, and tasty soup. I haven’t tasted the cakes yet but I’ve had the buttercream cookie which is also nice(not too sweet and soft).
Menu:
The menu is simple and easy to order. Good variety of chicken salad flavors.

I loved how, while I was waiting, he took the time to ask about my day, something no other employee has done before. The food is always high quality, and the service here is excellent.“

If I wasn't to much in a rush I would of love to talk to another manager since she's one of the manager. “5 stars doesn’t suffice!!! On this 3rd day of January 2026 I placed a drive thru order and parked due to the food being hot fresh and every condiment being placed in the bag without having to ask!!! This just made my year already!!!!
