“Had their BOGO today (spicy) with Sprite (no ice). I attempted to go inside, but the line was long-ish and I didn't see any available tables. Drive thru didn't look so bad, so we attempted it, although considering just bypassing. It smelled REALLY appetizing. We found a shaded spot on the way home and enjoyed the TENDER, JUICY fingers, the plump, salted-just-right fries, and the unbelievable but well-executed thought of a piece of toast!! So, seriously, can someone come pick me up and take me home? Imma take a nap! 💤“

One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? “Chicken salad chick has always been one of my favorites. But when I went through the drive-through on Good Friday. I was surprised with an Easter egg basket where I could choose two eggs. Each egg had a surprise in it. I opened the eggs and received a free side item and a coozy. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun at a drive-through window. Great job!“

A nice variety of Chicken Salad flavors.
Either sandwich or scoop with crackers is a great option.
Spicy palmetto cheese scoop is great.

“Tonight was the worst experience I've had with Chick-Fil-A. I went to the one on Pin Oak and ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was standard procedure (the girl at drive thru was very nice). As they do, she asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes. I got to the window and they gave me my meal. After arriving home, there was zero sauce. The receipt showed that I should have gotten 5. Now, please understand that my daughter makes this concoction that doesn't work without the sauce. So, I had to drive back to CFA to ge the sauce. I called just before I pulled in and spoke with a female, explained the situation and asked if someone could bring it out to me at the drive thru. I told her what vehicle I was driving and that I was sitting at the Pedestrian Crosswalk. No one showed up. As I sat and waited the line cleared in front of me and another female employee asked me to move up to the window. I explained why I was sitting there and she stated that they would have it at the window. I proceeded to the window where I was met with multiple employees who looked and acted clueless. They all just shrugged their shoulders at each other. Finally, as the ridiculousness of the situation sank in, i decided to call back. This time I spoke with a gentleman. Ultimately I did get the CFA sauce, but the struggle was real. It seems as though service has dropped at this location. Just very disappointed.“

“I frequently eat at CFA and this location is hands down the best. You can tell a difference in organization and well run place compared to other locations. I am grateful this one is where I frequent most.“

“I've had so many bad Popeyes' experiences that Ive all but sworn them off. My work partner insisted on Popeyes when we drove through Katy. This was the very best Popeyes, I HAVE EVEN BEEN TO. They were clean, employees were courteous and friendly, with a sense of urgency and they weren't out of ANYTHING. I felt like I was on another planet. The food was delicious and I left with a strange disorientation, not convinced that I'd been to an actual POPEYES. Well done Clay Rd, well done. Thank you.“

“I visit Popeyes yesterday morning and I have to say the guy that's works to the front. I believe hes the manager was very awesome. Pleasant had the best customer service. “Came to Popeyes tonight and honestly had one of the best fast food experiences ever. The night shift manager is AMAZING. Super friendly, made sure our order was right, and even checked in on us. You can tell he really cares about his customers and keeps everything running smoothly.

The food came out hot and fresh, the place was clean, and the vibe was just great. You don’t usually expect that level of service at this hour, but he and his team totally delivered. If you come here at night, you’re in good hands!“
