My experience at Chick-fil-A store #6635 drive thru was unexpected, but very upsetting and disappointing. I realized my order was incorrect, I walked inside the store to address the error hoping for correction or refund. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation, without hesitation she reached inside the bag and removed the content out the bag. Check your food before leaving. Often missing items. No apology or sense of urgency in correcting the problem, just asked if I was sure I was missing the item. Fries are slso soggy and cold.
