This place was too crowded. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. Never have I waited this long in McDonald's. Also they ran out of ketchup, I really don't understand how McDonald's can run out of ketchup.
Used the new system, ordering through their touche screen, very straightforward. But the order took at least 15 mins, they personnel were running all over the place, to make things work.
