WOW! So great. I was blown away from the awesome customer service. Staff were so nice and kind! I am coming back whenever I can, thank you Urban Bird. This will forever be my favorite place to eat at. Chicken from ANYWHERE else will not compare from this place. When I tell you it's great, it's more than great! My 16 year old son loves this place!!! I stay buying good from here!!! I'm hooked though on their fountain blueberry, mango, and strawberry lemonade drinks!!! Yummy!!! And yeahhhh the chicken is better than Raisin Canes, Chik fil a, Popeyes, and KFC!Parking: Never had an issue. Parking is part of a strip so you are sure to find one.

This has got to be the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! It came with a lot of perfectly fried chicken breast that tasted fresh, not overly fried in old oil like some other places. The thickness of the breading was perfect…not too thick, and the bbq rub I chose for the crust was delicious. The kale slaw is mostly just slaw with some pieces of kale mixed in.
