“EDIT: WRONG RESTAURANT! SO SORRY!

Never in my life.. I just sat at the speaker to take my order for 3 minutes. Nobody said a word. So, I said hello 3 times and asked was it working. Still nothing. I figured it was broken so I pulled around and waited. I thought of him I was sorry was the speaker broken. His response was “no I was talking to a customer”. I asked if he couldn’t quickly tell me to hold on so I’ll know it’s not broken and he literally gave me the same response “no I was talking to a customer”.. didn’t mind waiting at all but if in the 3 minutes you couldn’t give one second to say “wait dog” you just don’t want my service and I’m ok with that.“

“I tried to do an official survey on from the receipt but it gave me trouble, but the customer service from the employees was beyond what anyone on this earth deserves. They were sweet from the moment that I entered the building and it was warm because of their spirits. It was not just a fast food place because of the true hearts that worked there! Another thing, I walked in and I was taken care of the speed of drive through so they are truly on another level with their care. Nothing but blessings to them!“

“Staff is amazing. Food service, although very slow it is a fresh, clean restaurant. Some focus should be made on the soda fountain area and cleaning the exterior. Curb appeal goes a long way. Overall, this is a staple in the area, and the staff is always attentive.“

“Food has always been good here and service is great. But this day she was salty 😞 attitude. Didn't give me the food I had ordered, telling me I can't get this if I get this but it was free in my app. But she added it so I left without my free food 😔. This why I go to Kirkwood no problem.“

“Think of the most tender and juiciest chicken coated with simply deliciousness. You have to try this place! I was a bit spectacle when entering the establishment, it wasn't dirty but could definitely use a deep clean, especially the trash can. We ordered our food, upon recommendation we got the hot honey and spicy garlic sliders, and boy, it was delicious! I couldn't believe it was chicken! It was so tender and juicy, I had to keep looking at my chicken to make sure it was cooked, you could bite through it like a knife through butter. Fries were good, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Will definitely be going back to try their other menu items.“
