Urban Bird Hot Chicken offers really good and amazing food, with awesome chicken that is served hot and fresh. The tender sandwiches and the unique chicken and waffle combo are standouts. The Urban fries and loaded fries, especially the tiujana street fries, are frequently praised, with one plate often enough to share. The variety of sauces is good. While the food is solid and a definite favorite, some note that orders can take extremely long to arrive. The floors and tables are sometimes described as sticky. However, the service is consistently highlighted as excellent, friendly, helpful, and attentive, making for a great experience overall. The lemonade is also noted as a perfect addition.
