Ordered online, picked it up, went home and my order was missing the Pickles. Not sure why that wasn't put in there when it automatically comes on this meal. When I called Ivy said they would give me "extra pickles next time" ?
Love the food, must try medium cheese quesadilla, hot loaded fries, and Mac N chick as always, Sammie and Texas toast sammie are the best with any heat level. Waffle Fries are crispy.Love there, howdy sauce goes best with everything. TASTES BEST WHEN YOU EAT IT HOT AND FRESH.Kid-friendliness: They have a menu with no spice for kids .Can also try thigh Sammie with no heat for kids.

First and foremost, I immediately regretted ordering a meal once I arrived at the table. There, I realized how dirty the restaurant was. From the table to the bench to the walls and floor. I wiped down my area, which had food debris and hair. The place is in need of a DEEP cleaning. The fries were cold and flavorless. The thigh sandwich was underwhelming, but thankfully, moist. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
