Let me tell y’all something the service is top tier, but Miguel (he does the delivery) deserves a raise! He’s an elderly guy; so hard working and sweet. He will jump a fence if he has to to deliver your food and is always so happy
I’ve recently had a recurring issue with my last few salad orders in the drive thru not coming with any dressing. Today upon this happening, I called and was helped by the manager, Tiffany. While it is frustrating to have an issue occur, Tiffany was extremely empathetic and went out of her way to make things right. I give this Chick fil A 5 stars because their thoughtful response was much more impactful than the issue I had.

Runs like a friendly well oiled machine. I don't eat fast food because most fast food is garbage along with the service. Not here! Chik-fil-a is literally the model for how fast food should be done! Great customer service, fast hot fresh food, & good prices. When I am hungry and in a hurry; it's chik-fil-a.
