Well Popeyes, I'm not happy with you. You shorted me my biscuit, that I paid for on Monday, when I called about it you told me to come back for a biscuit & pice of chicken. But when I came in you told me you couldn't do that & just gave me my biscuits. Looked at me like I was trying to rip you off when I said Michel said I could have a biscuit and chicken thigh.
You really don't know what good customer service is. Making someone feel bad for being cheated to start.
That girl working the window last night was really rude, I didnt complain because I really wanted my popeyes chicken.
