The female manager was kind. The place was quiet and empty. Seemed like a red flag though cause as my boyfriend and I left, the back of the restaurant smelt like sewage. The chicken also had us crying of stomach ache in the night. We had just moved and we decided to try that Popeyes. Food was tasty, but might not be a great healthy option generally cause we had serious stomach issues. The people are kind really but it’s Popeyes!!!
This is the ONLY location I patron. Never had a problem with beans/rice & mash/gravy. The only thing I eat there. But the most recent visit left me with a terrible upset stomach. Hope this review will motivate them to level up. Temperature is paramount to stave off bacteria. No cross contamination with utensils. Do not reheat, discard. Wear hair nets and gloves when in contact with raw or cooked foods. Perhaps a visit from the health department is warranted.
