“Ventured out to Katy this morning to try Harvest Kitchen & Bakery. First impressions: There was a line to get in at 8:30 am, I knew it was going to be good. Second, Chef Lori was at the door upon opening greeting her patrons. I couldn’t love this more, it showed me she cared. Third, the ambiance of this place. I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this restaurant is. So many intricate details. It was beautiful. Lastly, the food. I am a celiac therefore cannot eat gluten. Almost all of her menu has the capability to be a gluten free plate. So we tried 4 items: The chicken and waffle was good. The seasoning was delicious. The sweet potato cinnamon roll was Devine. Tasted like Christmas and Thanksgiving combined. The lemon blueberry waffle was delicious. I loved the lemon glaze it was so good. My absolute favorite was the Monte Cristo 🤤 Chef Lori, thank you for the mozzarella stick recommendation, they were delicious as well. Thank you stopping in to check in on us. We enjoyed our meal, as a celiac I was blown away by the options and you can feel the love you pour into your restaurant. “Thursday evening about 8:30pm, atmosphere was wonderful, the server was amazing and so nice! We had wine and cocktails and Goat Cheese Fondue, Fried Green Tomatoes, Candied Bacon and the Tavern Burger! It was so good. Ended with the Whiskey Cake! Great experience!“

“We had a new waitress who was very attentive. Our glasses were never empty. My husband had the giant pretzel and a kale salad. I had the black bean burger with the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The place was very busy but food came out fast.“

Ignacio and Victoria and the entire staff hosted our very large group yesterday (50ish) and their service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the last person was gone. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was carefully taken care of. Not one glass was empty and everyone raved about not only the great food selection but the food quality as well. Service was top notch. I highly recommend Bubba’s 33, whether for a casual lunch, or a large gathering. They will not disappoint! We look forward to more events for our group at Bubba’s 33!“

Food came out amazing, fries were a tiny bit soft but they've been good before so it might just be this visit. “Went in just out of curiosity, as we planned to eat next door. This place is the bomb! This restaurant is family owned and operated with sweet, sweet people. We made a suggestion to mix the teriyaki and Sriracha and they will incorporate it into the menu. We had the boneless wings. They were out of this world. Come and make this your go to place.“

One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? “we had the pleasure of eating at Texas borders Bar and Grill in Katy Texas and they did an outstanding job. love the food they went above and beyond to ensure the dish wanted did not have any spice for a friend who is intolerant for pepper the management got involved Sarah was amazing the cook did a great job tailoring the meal and all of the food tasted phenomenal! the waitress did a great job as well sadly I didn't get her name but she really worked hard to satisfy us and make sure that the food would be cooked correctly without the seasoning. the presentation was awesome give it a 10 out of 10“

“We ate here on Sunday January 8th, 2023, As soon as you walk in you are greeted with Hello family. Our food was excellent, well worth the wait, everything was hot and fresh. The waitstaff was excellent. The owner came over and talked with us which made us feel very welcomed. Hats off to this Black owned business. I encourage everyone to stop by. “Seeing Everclear last night was awesome, My childhood favorite band first time I’ve ever seen them I purchased assigned seating. I was probably about 20 feet from the stage. The experience was awesome. Only downfall is that you have to pay $10 to park on a public street and it’s difficult to find a parking spot. Other than that I loved it I will be back.“

“We’ve ordered several items & times from Papa Gyros and it’s top notch, high quality, and delicious each time! I am from the Midwest so it hits differently for me than my native Texan hubby. We both value the amazing customer service and tastefully decorated atmosphere of dinner.
The owner, Chris engages with the customers every time we’ve been there. This is not a “cookie cutter” franchise but also clean and organized like you would expect a franchise to be. Years of experience, hard work, love, and planning have gone into this “dream” and it shows.

We all love chicken salad chick, but unfortunately do not get to visit much since we moved to Waller. They where happy to take my order on the items that where still available as they where closing there kitchen. All the food was great as allwase.😊“

“Love this Dennys. Chris was amazing - great with the kids and very attentive. He brought extra napkins without us asking and was there with more coffee right on time. Food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Only thing was they laminated the kids menus so they couldnt color. Lamination is actually super smart but maybe offer some dry erase markers so they can still color. But the food was so it was all good.

The rest of the staff is always super friendly. Ricky is one of our faves too!
