“Love this restaurant. We are frequent here. Food is good. Service is a hit or miss depends on when you are going. Weekends are exceptionally busy so servers might not have too much time to spend with you but if you go on weekdays it’s usually chill. Try it if you haven’t already.“

“I recommend you ask for (Gus) as your server at Pearl and Vine as he is the very best! He started out at Tavern on the Green in NYC and worked for 25 years at the local Lynn's steakhouse in Houston. He is ultra knowledgeable and super nice. He only works on Wed, Thurs & Friday but well worth having him as your preferred grand server. Thank you Gus for your stealer service as always kind sir! “Went in just out of curiosity, as we planned to eat next door. This place is the bomb! This restaurant is family owned and operated with sweet, sweet people. We made a suggestion to mix the teriyaki and Sriracha and they will incorporate it into the menu. We had the boneless wings. They were out of this world. Come and make this your go to place.“

We got all the regular staples and loved it all: salt and pepper pork chops (not the dinky small ribs, but nice sized and not the fatty part), flat noodles, bok choy, scallion pancakes and fried rice - seriously, it was so so good. We will skip the XLB here though 😂.

Great service and very knowledgeable of the menu. I love that they had brunch… pancakes and strawberry limeade mimosa was fantastic.
