“We had an amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Katy! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and so many great options to choose from. The service was truly outstanding from the moment we walked in.

Since it was our first time, she took the time to explain everything, showed us how everything worked, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire meal. “This place has the absolute BEST soup dumplings. The spicy sour dumplings were my groups favorite - but there was not a dish we had that we didn’t love. We did have to wait for a bit for a table- but that was a sign of how delicious the food was going to be. Service was attentive. The only thing to know ahead is they do not serve beer and wine/ but the food was so good we will be back! They also have frozen dumplings to go!“

“Uber driver delivered to wrong address. When I called the driver, she spoke zero English & couldn’t read numbers, hence the delivery to the wrong address.

We had a very large order, and a lot of hungry people we were entertaining.

I called the restaurant to see if the order was returned to them. It was not. The manager went out of his way & remade the entire order!! Thank you for saving the day!“

“My partner took me here earlier this year & the hotpot was absolutely delicious! He chose the Kimchi base while i got the Tomato and both we so heart and scrumptious. We also got complementary fried chicken bites that were some of the best we'd ever had. I really loved that they had fun facts of their history on their walls to read. The service was delightful & our server kept is well informed on how to order and what would be the best opinion based on our taste. I also really like having a personal sized hotpot bowl, sometimes it's nice to not have to share one gigantic bowl. We had a fantastic time and will definitely need to come back soon.“

As far as service, they offer delivery if you are within proximity of the Cypress/ Katy area. In addition, they know me very well, so when I call in, they will know my order. “My 1st here, my normal Chinese food place hours on maps showed they close at 9pm. I got there at 7:55p and they were locking the door. I asked them and they said they close at 8pm. So I food this spot that actually close at 9pm like the hours show on maps and I’m glad I did, the lady was soooo nice. I said I would wait for order in car and comeback in shortly, she said I’ll bring it out to you. It was a Sunday so they weren’t busy.

Now to the food I got vegetable fried rice and Singapore noodles, it was VERY Good! I been looking for good Singapore noodles. They have a new customer now. Great customer service and Great food!! Nice size portion also.“

“was looking for some Chinese food near by and I never saw this establishment before. We pulled up starving like wild animals, my husband and I. He was starving more than me. Anyhow, we ordered and the lady who took our order was extremely nice, and courteous, she even gave us 2 extra free egg rolls because we couldn't decide if only one or 2 or none. We ordered beef General Tso, and egg drop soup, drinks and fried rice. My husband is the 300+ lbs wild animal who was starving and this man, could not finish his food. Mind you, he always does and he even finishes mine if I don't pay attention. The portions were huge, the food was hot, fresh and the soup was the best I had in 20 years. We had to take the food to go because it was honestly ALOT, that was lunch for the next day.
The lady was very attentive, kept checking on us and making sure everything was good. Honestly, it's hard to find people in a great mood nowadays, but even though it was already an hour before closing, she wasn't rushing us or made us feel like we needed to hurry and leave. I definitely came back a couple of weeks later and she didn't disappoint. Another great experience and delicious food. I will be coming back here for my Chinese food cravings. Sometimes it's not just about the taste of the food, it's about the treatment you receive and honestly. I got both every time. Will definitely recommend this place, the reviews are mixed but hey! My wild animal and I were feed and happy. Not everyone who comes in to order is in a good mood. Maybe that affects your taste buds, maybe if you are a happy person, your food will taste great. If you are having an emotional breakdown. Your food could taste not to your expectations. Nobody knows.“

“My daughter and I recently had a great meal at Toyama Sushi & Ramen. The menu has plenty of options, from a variety of ramen bowls to sushi and poke bowls. I ordered the poke bowl, and it was fantastic. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the portion size was perfect. I chose the chicken karaage for my proteins and loved that I could customize the bowl with my choice of bases, sauces, and toppings. It was a delicious, refreshing, and filling meal. My daughter chose the chicken spicy ramen, and she absolutely loved it. The broth was rich and flavorful, and she enjoyed the perfect amount of spice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Food: The food is made consistently well every time I have tried it. I recommend the fried spicy chicken cubes and twice cooked pork. The west lake beef soup is great if you are sick.

Service: Almost always consistently good but very rare moments where a server makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them for being there. Thankfully, it's server-specific.

Atmosphere: Basic, simple. Nothing impressive about the inside but it is clean and comfortable.“

“Great great great place homemade flavor and you can tell the food is fresh it's fast and reasonably priced the shrimp are huge for most Chinese restaurants I was supposed the fried rice is exceptional my favorite dish is the mixture of general tso and the shrimp and veggies is clear sauce put the fried chicken and burgers away for a day and try some great Chinese Americanized cuisine“

“Great little shop inside 99 Ranch. You can get some good traditional dim sum here at a decent price. I'm used to NYC dim sum, and I've missed it; thankfully this place is a pretty decent stand in. I can do my grocery shopping at 99 Ranch and get some to go dim sum from here for lunch when I leave.

Shu mai was great. Har kow was just OK. Spare ribs with squash was very good. Fried pork dumpling (hom sui gok) was great. Stuffed eggplant was good, but a little oily. Sticky rice in a leaf was great also. Turnip cake (lo bak go) was good.

I would happily grab some more to go after my grocery shopping everytime.
