Steam Dumpling is a new Chinese restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes. The tempura shrimp appetizer and black pepper tenderloin are standouts. The salt & pepper shrimp and beef & onion dumplings are flavorful, while the scallion pancakes could use more sear and salt. The House Special Chow Mein, Xiao Long Bao, Shrimp and Pork dumplings, and Beef Roll Pancake are all tasty choices. The green onion pancake, pan friend pork and cabbage dumpling, soup dumplings, and Dan Dan noodle bowl are highly recommended. The staff is attentive and caring, ensuring a wonderful dining experience.
