“Hong Kong has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for almost 3 yrs. They have the most consistent quality, flavor and delivery service of ANY restaurant I've ever used. It doesn't matter if they drive thru the height of traffic, somehow their food is always steaming hot when it arrives. ...Great flavor and always on time or sooner than promised!

“Great food and large portions. I have driven past the place for 15 years. It always looked a bit dated and dirty. But it's been there forever and I finally tried it. It's a true mom and pop place. Something rare in The Woodlands. I had general tso's chicken dinner combo.“

“This Chinese takeout spot has been our go-to for years! Whenever we’re craving something delicious and comforting, this is the first place that comes to mind. Their General Tso’s Chicken is absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a rich, slightly spicy sauce that’s incredibly addictive.
Service is always fast and reliable. Orders are prepared quickly, always hot and fresh when delivered, and the packaging is neat and secure. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
A true neighborhood gem that’s earned our loyalty with great food and great service. Five stars all the way!“

“Best Chinese food in town! Their lunch special is the best value (quality and price) in town as well. Glad they opened one up on the Northside. I used to go to the original one by University of Houston almost 20 years ago. Apparently that chef is now here! Their fried tofu in garlic sauce, vegetable chop chop, and hunan chicken are of my favs here!“

“We had dinner at Bao’s Cafe and tried the Kung Pao Triple Delight and Combination Fried Rice. The Kung Pao Triple Delight comes with white rice. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Portion sizes were good, and everything was well-presented.
Service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and not crowded. We spent about $25 for dinner for two people — definitely worth it.“

“Nice little place. My greatest complain, they only serve a little rice. Let me be clear, you sually order fried chicken wings with fried rice. The amount of the rice served can only fill up a child , not an adult. Besides that food taste good, never had any indigestion . Overall good for your budget.?

“I can’t rave enough about how good this food is!! If you haven’t come, get to Hoi Yin now. They have amazing prices, delicious food, and the owner is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. I have come repeatedly and am never let down. Try the wonton soup! No one makes it like they do here.“

“My wife and I went here for the first time and were definitely adding it to our return list. The place was clean, the servers were friendly, and the food was good. I had the best Philadelphia roll I've ever had here.

“I can’t believe we’ve lived in this area for 5 years before trying this place- I’m disappointed in myself. This place was amazing- DELICIOUS food and the friendliest staff! We dined inside and it was cozy, nice, home-y. They have lifetime customers from my family now! Be sure to try their new spring rolls. This is the comfort Chinese food we’ve been looking for!“
