“This is one option in a food truck park with 5-6 other food trucks. El Mictlan was our choice for vegan/vegetarian. I had the Chilaquiles and my friend had the Tacos Dorados. Both were spicy, but not overwhelming and had good flavor. The server took our orders and made recommendations. He was polite and brought the food to the table quickly. Seating is outdoors on picnic tables, but they have turf in the eating area so it's not muddy. Tables also have umbrellas to provide shade from the sun. Enjoyable experience. Will try them again when I'm in the area.“
“I’ve been to a lot of cinnoholics but the 6535 location in spring is by far going the distance with customer service and care. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming. “I’ll be honest - I judged the restaurant before I ate the food. The employees were all American and since this is supposed to be an Indian restaurant, I felt like the food would be too ‘Americanized’.My friends and I ordered Paneer Biryani, Paneer Tikka, Lamb Rogan Josh and Keema Naan. The food was super flavorful. We took ‘hot’ and it was spiced but not spicy. I especially loved the two curries. The biryani was also great.I took out one star because the buffet for this place has very limited options for $20. The Indian buffets I go to usually are ~$22 and have a larger variety, so this felt disappointing. But other than that, great food! “i had to buy a cake for my bestfriends birthday and she loves cinnamon rolls we came in last minute and they cashier was SO SO sweet and understanding she took my number and called me when my order was ready the cake looked beautiful and i can tell she really put her heart into it the cake looked so beautiful and she even gave me a little glitter stencil that said happy birthday the cinnamon rolls were so soft and moist !!“
