“Arrived for lunch to unwind after a busy Friday at work and had a great time at Akashi. Upon entering, a server promptly greeted me and led me to my table. The server did an excellent job introducing the menu. I tried the edamame, which was tasty although slightly chilled, but well-seasoned. The Fuji Volcano Roll was impeccably made, and I ended the meal with a delightful Raspberry cheesecake. Thank you, Akashi, for a fantastic experience!“

I called in which someone answered and were told that were closing. The owner came out while still on the phone which we were parked up front and saw us. We were so thankful that he provided us with an onion soup to go on the house. He was so sweet! I told my fiancé I wanted to go back the next day, which we did. He recognized us and greet us so happily and warming! We placed our order while telling us a homemade recipe that will help me out with my sore throat. The food was amazing! “We got there early on a Saturday so got seated at a hibachi grill right away. The waiter was quick to take our orders and refill our drinks. He even got us to-go drinks when we left. The chef was talented and funny, too. And the food tasted incredible! The steak was meltingly tender, and my scallops were perfectly seasoned and not overcooked!
