“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive, funny and made us feel very taken care of. I highly recommend this place…”

“Absolutely impressed with Victory Pie Company near City Hall in Tomball. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is intentional about what they do. Purposeful, fresh-cooked breakfast and lunch done right—no shortcuts, no fluff, just solid food that tastes like it was made with pride. The atmosphere stands out just as much as the menu. I really respect how they honor our service men and women throughout the building; it’s authentic and meaningful, not performative. You feel that respect the entire time you’re there. This is the kind of local spot you want to support and come back to. Great food, strong values, and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning.”

“I do recommend this place. The service has always been good and the food always excellent. We did have a little hiccup once when the food was cold but that was no big deal but they gave us a $20 gift card which they did not have to do. The food was good when we heated it up at home. This last time I had taken my leftover beef tips home and later when I ate some of it, they’re was a hard plastic object in it and it was sharp and a long point on it that jabbed the top of my mouth. I took pictures of it and emailed them. Haven’t heard anything yet. I’m just saying that they need to be aware and careful if something accidentally drops in the food while cooking. This thing could have seriously done some damage if I had swallowed it.”

“After my son and his friends kept saying we needed to try this place my husband and I finally did last week and again tonight. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Magnolia. Food is very good and homemade. Not fast food at all. We have tried the shrimp rolls which are amazing, orange chicken and the spring rolls. Flavor is exceptional and is presented well on the plate. Restaurant is very clean. Aaron and his wife Lei are very nice and attentive. Prices are good too. Glad we have another choice in Magnolia. Will be going again soon. Try it soon!”

“Oh my gosh, from the service to the food everything was amazing. The store is clean, cute and quick. We met the owner, it's a family business which we love to support. The bagels were great! The are hand rolled and boiled that morning. My husband had a sandwich and it was huge and the taste was on point. We don't find a lot of other bagel places that we like, but this was just like being at home. If you are in Houston this is a must try!”

So I saw a Facebook post about this place yesterday and all of the comments were so fabulous that I had to try it out immediately so my husband met me there this evening about 6:40p.m. Tiny adorable quaint little place. Absolute lovely atmosphere inside. The staff could not have possibly been more wonderful even if they tried lol. They're so kind, so funny, so accommodating. You instantly feel like you've known them. So welcoming. So I'd already go back based on that alone. Then we ate their food and were BLOWN AWAY. The precious princess of a lady that took care of us probably heard me exclaim "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!" just about every single bite I kid you not. We got the Samosa Nachos as an appetizer and I'm so sorry but you'll just have to look it up lol. We both ordered from the British side of their menu. It's got a Mediterranean flare to it too. He got a gyro I believe . . I got a bite. The absolute best oh my GAWD. And I got the Parmo and Fries which was a fried chicken breast cordon bleu style with bechemel sauce and melty cheese. Again, SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!! Had to try the boiled egg wrapped in ground sausage, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried served with wasabi ranch. Dudes I promise you I'm not making this up!!! Oh and I took home a Shepherd's Pie with a side of mushy peas for tomorrow cuz . . Um DUH!!! LOLOLOL Y'all all I can say is if you've not tried this teeny tiny adorable hidden gem you are supremely missing out!!!! We will be back regularly until . . . Well forever. Spotted This Bird’s Cooked at Deacon Baldy’s and figured I’d give it a shot. The owner was out there and was super friendly. She took the time to walk me through the different heat levels and actually explained what gets added as you step up. That kind of thing goes a long way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the food and the experience. Got the tacos topped with slaw and wow. So much flavor packed into every bite. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the spice was on point. Not too much, not too little, just right. The slaw on top pulled it all together and gave it that little bit of crunch and coolness that balanced everything out. This one genuinely surprised me. It’s hard to find a place that actually nails it and these guys did. Wish I had found them a long time ago. If you see this truck out there, do yourself a favor and stop. You won’t regret it.”

Because the last time I was in tailgators it took an hour to be served after we ordered so they comp one meal l just saved tailgators the embarrassment!!Service is a joke!”

Always a good product but in any one of these locations they have loud obnoxious raunchy noise playing so loud that communication with order takers is difficult. “I have had True Texas BBQ at this Magnolia location many times over the past 10 years or so – since this location first started selling it. The brisket is very good, pulled pork is great, and the ribs – well, that's a difficult one. I have always loved their St. Louis ribs. Today's batch, however, are essentially inedible because all I can feel or taste is hot spice. It's beyond overwhelming. I think/hope it's just this batch and they haven't decided that they should be so spicy that you can't enjoy them, but I bought an entire rack today based pn my past very favorable experiences, and I barely finished a single rib. Don't drown the ribs in spicy peppers! Don't amp up your rub. You are ruining what used to be great ribs. I'll try again in a few weeks, because historically this location has always before been terrific. Right now I have to figure out how to remove some of the spice so these ribs can actually be eaten.”

We didn't have to wait long for the pizza to be brought to us, he offered to bring it to our car while we were waiting which was very nice.
