“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive, funny and made us feel very taken care of. I highly recommend this place…”

Purposeful, fresh-cooked breakfast and lunch done right—no shortcuts, no fluff, just solid food that tastes like it was made with pride. The atmosphere stands out just as much as the menu. I really respect how they honor our service men and women throughout the building; it’s authentic and meaningful, not performative. You feel that respect the entire time you’re there. “I do recommend this place. The service has always been good and the food always excellent. We did have a little hiccup once when the food was cold but that was no big deal but they gave us a $20 gift card which they did not have to do. The food was good when we heated it up at home. This last time I had taken my leftover beef tips home and later when I ate some of it, they’re was a hard plastic object in it and it was sharp and a long point on it that jabbed the top of my mouth. I took pictures of it and emailed them. Haven’t heard anything yet. I’m just saying that they need to be aware and careful if something accidentally drops in the food while cooking. This thing could have seriously done some damage if I had swallowed it.”

Food is very good and homemade. Not fast food at all. We have tried the shrimp rolls which are amazing, orange chicken and the spring rolls. Flavor is exceptional and is presented well on the plate. Restaurant is very clean. Aaron and his wife Lei are very nice and attentive. Prices are good too. Glad we have another choice in Magnolia. Will be going again soon. Try it soon!”

They were very accommodating with my requests and the waiter, Alex, was great! Gaby checked on us to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend for a small or large gathering! “Oh my gosh, from the service to the food everything was amazing. The store is clean, cute and quick. We met the owner, it's a family business which we love to support. The bagels were great! The are hand rolled and boiled that morning. My husband had a sandwich and it was huge and the taste was on point. We don't find a lot of other bagel places that we like, but this was just like being at home. If you are in Houston this is a must try!”

Update after the 2nd visit here (Dec 2025):
Second time ordering to go was just as fantastic as the first, but this time we ordered a double order of the 8 ct chicken breast strips with Pringles dry rub (perfection) & tried the bulgogi fries. Since we were taking them home to eat later while watching a game, I requested all of the toppings for the bulgogi fries be prepared on the side to add after rewarming the fries in the air fryer. I realize this is not a usual request, but the younger gentleman at the counter as well as the man that seems to be the owner (and freshly prepares the food himself) both happily accommodated, although I could see their concern for the potential outcome when left to my later preparation of it. 😆 They carefully explained to me (verbally AND in writing) the exact order I would need to take when building the bulgogi fries upon reheating. As far as the result, I reheated the fries a bit too long, altering what they were when freshly cooked at the restaurant. Overall, with all of the ingredients loaded on top, they were the most enjoyable overcooked fries ever! It only ensures our return to order these amazing fries to be consumed while still fresh! Finally, the customer service they provide here is exceptional and we definitely plan to return again and again!”

“I've been at this place almost weekly since it opened. The bowls are so good. The meats are so well prepared. The sauces are great. It's a pretty healthy choice also. The bowls are huge also. I usually get two meals out of one.”

“I started stopping at this place 12 years ago. The drive-through is what brought me to the doors. The kolache bread is what’s kept me coming back for 12 years. It is the softest Bread I’ve ever had. Everything is always fresh. The customer service is great. The atmosphere is welcoming. It’s a quick In-N-Out at the drive-through since I’m always running late. I recommend this place to everyone”

“Went to tailgators today for the worst service a restaurant could offer leave you sitting 15 minutes with nothing to drink after telling tailgators staff what l wanted to drink 15 to 20 minutes later nothing and this is not the first time at this location so l got up and left no service l told the manager l was going to save him the comp. Because the last time I was in tailgators it took an hour to be served after we ordered so they comp one meal l just saved tailgators the embarrassment!!Service is a joke!”

I did light bake so a I think maybe someone didn't put enough sauce on the pizza. Sadly it made the pizza not nearly as good as it should have been. We've been in there on a numerous amount of times for doordash and eating. But it was mediocre most other times. But for whatever reason tonight, eathan stepped up to the plate and made each sandwich perfectly. He made everything with a great amount making sure I was happy with everything on each sub. Made sure they were perfectly topped and cut. Perfectly!!!!
