“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive, funny and made us feel very taken care of. I highly recommend this place…”

Purposeful, fresh-cooked breakfast and lunch done right—no shortcuts, no fluff, just solid food that tastes like it was made with pride. The atmosphere stands out just as much as the menu. I really respect how they honor our service men and women throughout the building; it’s authentic and meaningful, not performative. You feel that respect the entire time you’re there. “I do recommend this place. The service has always been good and the food always excellent. We did have a little hiccup once when the food was cold but that was no big deal but they gave us a $20 gift card which they did not have to do. The food was good when we heated it up at home. This last time I had taken my leftover beef tips home and later when I ate some of it, they’re was a hard plastic object in it and it was sharp and a long point on it that jabbed the top of my mouth. I took pictures of it and emailed them. Haven’t heard anything yet. I’m just saying that they need to be aware and careful if something accidentally drops in the food while cooking. This thing could have seriously done some damage if I had swallowed it.”

“We took a group of softball girls here with a party of 48! Not only were they able to accommodate us but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Gary the owner was fantastic and even took a picture with the girls in front of their racoon statue. Pizza was phenomenal but the experience was even better. We will definitely be coming back every time we play a tournament in the area.”

“After my son and his friends kept saying we needed to try this place my husband and I finally did last week and again tonight. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Magnolia. Food is very good and homemade. Not fast food at all. We have tried the shrimp rolls which are amazing, orange chicken and the spring rolls. Flavor is exceptional and is presented well on the plate. Restaurant is very clean. Aaron and his wife Lei are very nice and attentive. Prices are good too. Glad we have another choice in Magnolia. Will be going again soon. Try it soon!”

“Have seen this place for years but, never stopped. Thought we would try it. Nice setting, don’t understand turtles, but love the cool wooded area. Good was nothing special. 1 soda, 2 teas and 3 sort of sandwiches was $55.00. Found it not worth the money.”

“Everything we ate was fabulous! I’m picky about my sushi, and wasn’t sure about a small place in a strip mall, but I’m so glad we made the choice!

The sushi was fresh and tasted great. All portions were slightly larger than expected. The spicy tuna hand roll was packed and the spice was just right.

The only other customers there were a small family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. More people should be in the fabulous restaurant. I’ll be going back!”

“The last 2 times we have ordered caramel frappes they were great so I would give it a five stars but this time the service and atmosphere was great as always giving that a five stars as well but its like any other coffee shop that the flavor is a hit or miss depending on whos making it, this time I ordered 2 caramel frappes and the coffee was so extremely strong I couldn’t drink it at all, I had left one for my mom to drink and she had to but creamer on hers to take away that extreme strong coffee flavor , the cup was a light chocolate instead of what a caramel frappe looks like and so that tells that their was a lot of coffee in the frappes, but overall five stars I wont wait and put a bad review just for this time that I got it bad , all good times are the ones that count too, but it be great to receive good coffee that was made perfect those other times.”

The are hand rolled and boiled that morning. My husband had a sandwich and it was huge and the taste was on point. Always a good product but in any one of these locations they have loud obnoxious raunchy noise playing so loud that communication with order takers is difficult. I recently placed an online order, and unfortunately my meal didn’t come out as expected. As soon as I brought it to their attention, the staff immediately made it right. They offered to replace my meal with any dish of my choice, and the new plate arrived quickly, fresh, and piping hot.

Their team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. That level of customer service is hard to find and deserves recognition.
