Taqueria Catrin is a taco truck that serves great food with great flavor. The food comes out quickly and is made accurate with excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, with a perfectionist approach and wonderful people skills. Everything is fresh. Specific meals include the Quesabirria, which is tender with a nice cheese pull and a satisfying broth, the Queso Pupusa, the bean and cheese pupusa, the steak quesadilla, the Carne Asada Torta, beef fajita mini tacos, and Elote. The Horchata is smooth and well balanced and should not be missed. The Cantaloupe Aguas Fresca and fresca con creama are super delicious. The portions are very good, the prices are fair and incredible, and the sides are amazing. The food is great. Highly recommend for a quick lunch.
